Breathwork is a term describing numerous modalities that use the breath as a main tool for exploring alternate states of consciousness and deep states of meditation. During breathwork you intentionally change your breathing pattern teaching you how to breathe consciously, with awareness, and with intent. These breathing techniques are tools for major transformation and self-healing.

Through this session you stay in the present moment which allows you to shift limiting beliefs and unconscious patterns. We will skillfully guide you through a unique combination of breath and sound that facilitates an “Above Mind” state of being. Mindfulness is the opposite of automatic-pilot mode. It is about experiencing the world that is in the here and now. This guided session allows you to let go and pay attention to your thoughts and feelings without judging them, without believing them and staying in the present moment rather than being in the past and the future. During this session you will be guided into a state of relaxation. Throughout the session you will experience different techniques to help enhance the ability of the mind to relax and guide the body to a true sense of inner peace. Our guided meditations are accompanied by soft music or sounds of nature. (30 mins)
Active Consciousness is an ancient and very powerful practice that involves a blend of rhythmic fast breathing and meditation. The process washes out hidden emotions, blockages, and/or old hurts. Created at the Oneness University in India, Active Consciousness is one of the greatest adventures one can undertake.
