This class is a form of active meditation utilizing breathing techniques. The practice is a dynamic body-mind session using conscious connected breathing techniques for inner peace, enhanced health, well-being and personal transformation.

What you will need:

  • Place to lay down
  • Blanket
  • Small cushion for under the neck and knees
  • Quiet space without any disturbances
  • Headphones or loudspeaker
  • Comfortable clothing
