Class description

Through a visualised light meditation entering the Theta brain wave, we will be exploring the sub conscious mind and find alignment within to be able to start the day from a place of peace and being able to response to the daily challenges rather than react.

What you will need:

  • Yoga mat (or a towel/something comfortable to sit on)
  • Comfortable clothing
  • Yoga bolster (or any pillow)
  • Quiet space without any disturbances
