Mindfulness Meditation (Rhonda)


Class description

This meditation practice guides you to become aware of being fully present, aware of where you are, what you are doing and how to use this state in your everyday life. This class is done with visualization techniques, breath techniques and skills to reduce stress and anxiety and remind you how to stay present in your everyday life.

What you will need:

  • Comfortable clothing
  • Comfortable place to sit or lie down (if sitting; a cushion)
  • Blanket or shawl
  • Quiet space without any disturbances
