Guided Meditation (Rhonda)


Class description

This meditation class allows you to be led into a state of relaxed concentration. The purpose is to achieve mental, emotional and physical healing and stress relief. This class is open to all people from beginners who have not experienced meditation to advanced meditators.

What you will need:

  • Comfortable clothing
  • Comfortable place to sit or lie down (if sitting; a cushion)
  • Blanket or shawl
  • Quiet space without any disturbances
