Class Description :

We’ll work with our bodyweight to own our ranges of motion and practice controlled movement. Our goal is long-term strength with mobility. This is all about being confident in the steps which make living in a body feel a lot more enjoyable and less stiff. We’re focusing on the quality of our movement and in doing so promote a lasting and healthy body. Suitable for all levels.
